Research and Pitch
Our scope of work began with researching The Grossman Group's target audience for the "Heart First for Emerging Leaders" book, where we surveyed almost 200 members of Generation Z and early-career professionals about how they prefer to consume content online. In December 2024, our team presented our findings and pitched a social media campaign meant to establish the brand at the University of Florida and distribute copies of the book around campus.

Social Media Management
Once our pitch was approved, we launched the @theemergingleader_ Instagram account, which our team used to promote the book and weekly Substack articles. In just four months, the page gained 125 followers and over 6,5000 views. Additionally, 10 books were ordered from the website during March 2025, when Instagram activity was at its peak.




Campus and Community Outreach
Our team organized six campus presentations and a tabling event, where we distributed over 200 copies of "Heart First for Emerging Leaders" to students to create brand awareness, engage attendees and promote the Instagram.
