Porch Fest
The Independence Project's inaugural PorchFest brought Gainesville's Tioga neighborhood to life in April 2026 - a first-of-its-kind community music festival built to raise awareness and funding for supported housing for adults with I/DD.
10 bands and performers, 40+ sponsors and more than 500 attendees were at Gainesville's first-ever PorchFest. Our team earned three media placements, including WUFT, Mainstreet Daily News and KISS 105.3 Radio.
Social Media Management and Content Creation
Alpha PR worked with the Independence Project to refresh and rebrand their existing social media platforms.
Within one year, our team made 18 posts and the Facebook follower count increased by 118%.
